How to pay?

If this is done incorrectly, you will be refunded minus the fees and it will have to be resubmitted correctly.

Client understands that Christa Kark, GLP-1 Advocate does not work under/for any Telehealth company directly, or does not get paid by said Telehealth Company. 

Client understands that this consultation is for information only and to help client signed up with a Telehealth Company / Provider to start the process with their GLP-1 journey.

Client will be provided with information to the Telehealth Company, including URL links, phone numbers and emails to the company; if they should go through Embody (Joinem.co).  If client is looking to work through another Telehealth Company, they will need to reach out to said company regarding signing up.

Client agrees and understands that Christa Kark, GLP-1 Advocate is not a licensed medical provider and will not offer medical care or be responsible for any medical concerns after starting their GLP-1 journey with said Telehealth Company.  Christa Kark, GLP-1 Advocate will only give examples from personal experiences.  

Christa Kark, GLP-1 Advocate is not responsible for any and all fees or charges when signing up with a licensed Telehealth Company / Provider.  Client must agree to the Telehealth Company pricing, including all of their terms, conditions, policies and procedures.  Once client has officially signed up, client will be responsible for any and all communication with their Telehealth Company and Provider.  

Client understands that they are not required to sign up with an Telehealth Company after said meeting. 

Christa Kark, GLP-1 Advocate is not responsible for any additional products purchased or bought by the client.  This includes but not limited to, any  OTC (over the counter) products that helped many on their GLP-1 journey. 

Client is more than welcome to schedule another appointment for more one on one time if needed.  Same rules and charges applies as above.  

Client hereby covenants and agrees that they will not sue, commence, prosecute or pursue any action, claim or demand any law or inequity, against Christa Kark, LLC or Christa Kark, GLP-1 Advocate for any matter, cause or thing arising from or related to consulting arrangements in any form of communication or meetings.  If Client does try to pursue any legal action of any sort, Client will be responsible for any and all fees starting from the date of this agreement, paid in full by the last day of the month.

If agreed to terms above, you will be sent an email which you will need to reply with: “I agree to these Terms and Conditions”, signed with your full name.
